floAPI PHP Class Example

This page used to contain a working example of the PHP class floAPI. It has been designed to communicate with the API of the Asterisk VOIP software. However, due to the fact that I no longer actively develop Asterisk solutions, and I have not access to any Asterisk servers, a live demonstration is impractical.

What you would have seen below is a conversation that just occured from this server to one of my Asterisk servers that I've programmed.

You can download the code for this PHP Class on PHPClasses.org. Many thanks to PHPClasses.org for giving me the opportunity to enter in the innovation award contest, and their sponsor, roadsend.com for providing the prize (RoadSend PHP Compiler) that I received.

Subject: Thanks for providing floAPI Class
Hi Joshua,

I am writing just to say a thanks to you for providing such a wonderful PHP class (FloAPI). I was spoiling my hours and hours to find solutions to write my own GUI using PHP for the Asterisk box I just setup.

I tried Trixbox solution but this doesnt seem to be white label, so I am left with just one option to write own

I found Asterisk PHP also, but not as friendly as this one.

Congratulations and keep up the good work.

I am gonna send you the link, once my GUI is ready built on your Class

Ashwani :)

Functioning Example of floAPI

No longer available. At this time, I do not have an Asterisk server. If anyone would like to donate access to a non-critical box (not that the commands I'm executing would affect a critical box, only for ones own security sake as an API firewall hole would need to be opened), email me: flobi@flobi.com and I'll set it up.
