4 Layer Tutorial for Paint Shop Pro

Okay, this post is majorly edited because the previous tutorial I made had a flaw. I made a new tutorial and am publishing it here in two versions: Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2, Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7.

This tutorial is for making patterns to import into The Sims 3 using Paint Shop Pro, Sims 3 Workshop and NVidia's DDS plugin for PhotoShop.

As an added bonus, there is a free The Sims 3 pattern to download near the end of the tutorial that is available nowhere else!
